This document presents the machining results of the internal diameter processing tool "IN turn." For chromium-molybdenum steel equivalent to 16 MnCrS5, a φ4.5 internal diameter machining was performed using a carbide HM120C boring bar (IN6.035.105.015HM120C). The tool life achieved is 2.3 times that of competitor products. You can choose between a convenient hard case for easy transport or a paper tube packaging that considers SDGs without a hard case. We offer a lineup that includes the "Standard Type" with a total length of 1,500mm, the "Long Type" with a total length of 2,145mm, and the "Extension Type," which allows for rod extensions according to the drilling length. We also accept orders for "Custom Types."
